Am I doing this alone? How will I feel supported?

☑️With this program, you get access to our Facebook group and the amazing community of supportive individuals just like you. I’ll be in there to support you, answer questions, and encourage you on!

 

Do I need equipment?⁣

☑️You have the option to workout from home that you need limited equipment(mat, pair of dumbbells, hip bands, bands with handles) or You have gym workout as well !⁣

 

How long are the workouts?⁣

☑️Right around 30-60 min, 5 workouts per week, for 8 weeks

What kind of workouts?⁣

☑️Metabolic Strength Training: A challenging mix of foundational resistance and high intensity training. These sweat sessions are fast, furious, and effective. Modifications will be available to meet the needs of ALL fitness levels. ⁣
