Gary (CEO) holds a BS Exercise Science Kinesiology, has a MA in Organizational leadership emphasizing in Health Promotion. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, specializing in lifestyle transformations and sports nutrition (bodybuilding and football ). He has a background in corporate wellness as well as athletic performance training with over 7 years of certification and experience and innovation in the field. His passion for fitness began through his success as a collegiate athlete so he developed a simple process to accomplish sustainable body composition goals.
As a professional Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations.
